Final non-high school player rankings

Rivals.com is proud to unveil its updated non-high school player rankings for the final time for the Class of 2003. While there weren't many changes near the top, the list has expanded from 25 to 50 players and a few players earned coveted four star rankings.

Auburn signee Brandon Jacobs remains the No. 1 ranked player, and the big running back from Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College is already on campus with the Tigers.

The nation's No. 2 ranked player is Chijioke Onyenegecha of City College of San Francisco. City College coach George Rush said on Thursday that his five-star cornerback still seems to be focused on two teams.

"It's still pretty much Florida State and Oklahoma for him," Rush said about Onyenegecha.

"He's talking about maybe taking a few other visits. I know that people out here in the Pac 10 like Oregon, USC and UCLA are working hard on him and a few other Big 12 schools like Texas Tech want him to come visit.

"But it's still those two on top. Both Oklahoma and Florida State have done a great job of recruiting him."

Two other players in the top 10 remain uncommitted - Snow College offensive lineman Iosefa Robins and Dodge City cornerback Reynaldo Hill, who are ranked No. 7 and No. 8 respectively.

A few other players earned a fourth star: Kelvin Hayden of Joliet College, Kenny Hollis of East Mississippi Community College, Gabe Toomey of Iowa Central College, Robert Jones of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and Paris Hamilton of Tyler Junior College.
