It remains championship season at the Creek for one sport - baseball - but the 2011-12 season is just around the corner and the Pac-12 announced the inclusion of the New Mexico Bowl to their bowl game lineup for the 2011 season.

Meanwhile, at NCAA HQ, the upcoming annual revenues and expenses report shows that 22 FBS institutions were self sufficient in their athletic departments for the 2009-10 fiscal year.





Stanford

In wrestling, junior Nick Amuchastegui was named as an academic All-American.



Oregon State

In baseball, the Beavers were defeated by Vanderbilt in the NCAA Super Regional.



UCLA

In baseball, freshman pitcher Adam Plutko was named as a Freshman All-American.



Arizona

In football, the Wildcats received a verbal commitment from tight end Taylor McNamara.



WSU

In men's hoop, Kansas guard Royce Woolridge transferred to Wazzu.

In track & field, senior men's 400-meter hurdler Jeshua Anderson won his third NCAA title while senior women's javelin tosser Marissa Tschida finished third at the NCAA Championships.



Arizona State

In baseball, the Sun Devils lost to Texas in the NCAA Super Regional.



Washington

In track & field, senior pole vaulter Scott Roth won the men's pole vault title at the NCAA Championships.



California

In baseball, the Bears defeated Dallas Baptist to advance to the College World Series for the first time in 19 years.



USC

In football, head coach Lane Kiffin is scheduled to appear before an NCAA infractions committee regarding USC's sanctions.



Oregon

In football, receiver Cliff Harris was ticketed and charged for speeding and driving with a suspended license.
