There is a continuous cycle every two years in Arkansas where athletic programs move up and down in classification due to the number of enrolled students in their schools.
We are about to go into the second year of the current cycle, which means the new numbers are getting ready to come out for the 2012-2014 cycles.
ArkansasVarsity.com has taken the current numbers which are available on the ADE Data Center website and crunched them with the numbers of the 2010-2012 cycle.
The Top 10 and Bottom 10 schools in each classification were crunched, and the numbers compared. After the numbers were ran, we believe that we have the schools which will be informed they will be moving up and the schools which will be informed they will be moving down.
The official numbers are expected to be released by the Arkansas Activities Association within the next month.
