LaLota's trying to find time for visits

New Jersey defensive end Anthony LaLota has a plan, but does he have enough time to put his plan into motion. He would like to make an early decision, but he wants to work in some more visits before then.

"I have either 38 or 39 offers now," said LaLota in a recent interview. "Tennessee is the most recent school to offer me and they offered a couple of weeks ago."

The Vols added to a very long and impressive list of offers for LaLota. Schools out of the ACC, SEC, Big Ten, and Big East have made him a target for the class of 2009. He hopes to trim his list sooner than later.

"I want to get it down to four or five schools this summer if I can and then commit right before my senior year. I am not sure if that will definitely happen, but that is how I would like to do it."

It is all about if he has enough time to see the schools he is interested in.

"Notre Dame, Georgia, Michigan, and Tennessee are still some schools I want to visit before making my decision," he said. "I can't really start eliminating schools before I see them all, so it is important that I take my time and take my visits."
