Door remains open for Hall
When Alabama football coach Nick Saban suspended linebacker Prince Hall indefinitely prior to spring practice - Hall's second suspension from Saban in less than a year - the prospect of the Moreno Valley, Calif., native ever making another tackle for the Crimson Tide appeared bleak.
About six weeks before UA's second fall camp under Saban commences, things don't look quite so bleak anymore. Saban left the door open for Hall's return following a golf tourney benefitting his Nick's Kids charity Thursday.
"He still has to do everything he is supposed to do and if he does everything he is supposed to do before we get to camp, you know, he may have an opportunity to be a part of the team."
Still, Hall's return may come with yet another price. If reinstated, Saban added: "He will have some kind of suspension he will be facing when the season begins."
