Rambo is happy he stayed with UGA
Almost a year ago now, Bacarri Rambo was offered by Georgia and committed on the spot during a junior day visit. Rambo was knew to the recruiting process and wondered if he made his decision too quickly. He remained a 'soft' commitment for time, but he never visited another school after the summer and is very happy he stayed with the Dawgs. He visited UGA this weekend and talks about it here.
"Everything was great at Georgia and I had a great time," said a soft spoken Rambo. "I got to meet a lot of players, hang out with them, talk to the coaches and it was all a lot of fun."
"My host was Brandon Wood and we got along great. He told me some things about Georgia and how it is a great place. He talked to me about coming in ready to work hard and he told me the best players will play."
"He also told me some about the mat drills and how that is very tough. He said it did not matter what kind of shape you were in, they would still get you. It was cool to talk to him and find out some things about Georgia."
Rambo hung out with quite a few Dawgs other than Wood like Darryl Gamble, Caleb King and the three commitments on visits. The Donalsonville (Ga.) native said everyone made him feel welcome.
