Handing out the grades in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, KS--Missouri moved to within one win of the Big 12 championship game with a 49-32 thumping of Kansas State on Saturday. PowerMizzou.com hands out the grades from the Tigers' first win in Manhattan in 18 years:

Quarterback

Chase Daniel did what Chase Daniel does. 284 yards, four touchdowns, including a Tim Tebow-impersonating one-foot jump pass for the score that iced it. With Daniel at the helm, it's not a matter of if the Tigers are going to score, just when.

Final Grade: A

Running Backs

This whole grade is based on one single drive. Coming out of the locker room, Tony Temple was a different player. After a four-carry, nine-yard first half, Temple single-handedly ignited a 77-yard, 59-second drive. He carried three times for 29 yards and a score and served notice that this Tiger team was not going to watch their dreams evaporate in Manhattan.

Final Grade: A
