Vegas WR a good bet

When Rivals.com first saw three-star wide receiver Juron Criner (6-4, 200, 4.6) from North Las Vegas (Nev.) Canyon Springs in action all those months ago at the NIKE Camp in Los Angeles back on April 15th, we knew he was good, but has had a bust out senior season.

In nine games, Criner has 47 receptions for 1,303 yards and 23 touchdowns while averaging 27.7 yards per catch. That is pretty impressive. He even has 10 PAT's on the season.

"Las Vegas scored the go ahead touchdown with 47 seconds left in the game," Jenkins said. "They kicked it to Juron who returned the ball to about our 40 yard line.

"Then they tripled teamed Juron and still our quarterback DeVonte Christopher hit him on a fade," Jenkins said. "Juron went over three kids to make the catch and he almost scored the touchdown on that play.

"We called a time out and hit Juron on the fade again for the winning score," Jenkins said. "It was a great win.
