Harper ends busy day in Columbia
Missouri's 41-6 victory over Nebraska Saturday night was watched in person by over seventy thousand pairs of eyes, but none may have been bigger than Wichita (KS) Northwest ATH Chris Harper. After the game, Harper said he was impressed by what he witnessed while in the stands of Faruot Field.
Harper said the whole experience was a great time in Columbia. Harper said there was an air of confidence around the program and it ultimately showed on the field.
Harper said he was impressed with both sides of the ball for the Tigers and one of the Tiger units left him with few words to describe their play.
Harper spent a good bit of time during the game talking with old friends. The friends talked about what they were seeing and agreed that the Tiger dominance was impressive.
Harper also spent a little time talking with a few of the Missouri coaches. He said they reiterated to him what they hoped he could add to an already potent offense.
As one of the most sought after recruits still open in his decision, Harper said that last night impressed him, but he wasn't ready to name favorites just yet. He said that it did help him make one decision, even if another decision from him may take a little longer.
