Bruin recruits looking good - Part II

Four-star safety prospect E.J. Woods (6-0, 190, 4.49) from Encino (Calif.) Crespi made his presence felt in a huge way in Crespi's opener when he forced a fumble then scooped the loose ball up and raced the 98 yards to seal the opener against a very tough Lake Balboa (Calif.) Birmingham team.

Woods has been playing a lot of offense so far this season as a running back. In three games, Woods has rushed for 168 yards on 23 carries while averaging 7.3 yards per carry.

On the defensive side of the ball, Woods has accounted for seven tackles, one quarterback hurry, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

Woods is pretty solid with UCLA, but it wouldn't be surprising if he takes some trips this fall.
