SoCal athlete gets Pac 10 offer

Athlete/wide receiver prospect Clint Floyd (5-10, 172, 4.47) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Crenshaw is another in a long line of talented athletes to be developed by one of the Los Angeles sections best programs.

According to Floyd he received his first offer from Arizona State. He is getting serious recruiting attention from UCLA, Oregon, Cal, and Washington. He is getting recruited by almost every school in the Pac 10.

Floyd has worked extremely hard this off-season attending the NIKE Camp held in Los Angeles, the Reebok Camp at Loyola in Los Angeles, and the Beyond 2000 Elite Camp (B2G).

"I learned a lot of football at all of the camps, especially the B2G camp," Floyd said. "At the B2G Camp they taught me how to get off the jam. We also worked on routes and my footwork.

"I also left the camp with a trophy," Floyd said. "I was the offensive MVP of the B2G camp.
