Cats will 'wait and see' with Hahn
If Austin Hahn winds up following his brother's footsteps to Northwestern, he may have taken the first steps on that trail at a one-day June camp in Evanston.
Austin is the younger brother of Adam Hahn, a sophomore defensive tackle at Northwestern, and at a camp session on June 12, Northwestern's coaches told Austin that the similarities between him and his older brother extend to more than just height, weight and surname.
Hahn thought he performed well at the camp, where he did one-on-one drills with Northwestern's four Class of 2008 offensive line commitments, plus recent defensive end pledge Brian Arnfelt. But he did not draw a scholarship offer from the Wildcats, who are taking more of a wait-and-see approach with the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder from Hartford (Wis.) Union.
