Bulldogs offer SoCal o-lineman

Days after offering one of the top quarterback prospects from Southern California the Fresno State Bulldogs have gone back to the same well in hopes of landing a terrific offensive line prospect. The talented offensive guard received his paperwork yesterday from Fresno, bringing his total to three, maybe four.

Carson (Calif.) Carson High School has been a hot spot on the 2007 recruiting trail for Fresno State as they have interest in a number of players from the Colts. After offering quarterback Dominique Blackman last week, the Bulldogs are now going after his top offensive lineman in front of him in Matt Hunt.

"I got an offer today in the mail," Hunt said on Tuesday. "Coach Christensen told me I was supposed to receive a call from Pat Hill from Fresno but I wasn't at home and he left a message. He left a message saying I should be receiving the offer in the mail. I got it today."
