Vegas sleeper has MVP performance

From the get go at the NIKE Camp held in Palo Alto, Calif., on Saturday cornerback Josh Jordan (5-10, 170, 4.48) from Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman was impressive doing drills. It was obviously transparent that Jordan was going to have a special day.

Jordan was smooth and really stood out. So much so that he ended up being defensive back MVP.

Jordan was very aggressive on Saturday and a very strong competitive nature. He was also very flexible an important ingredient for a corner and of course very good feet.

The amazing thing is Jordan came into the camp somewhat as a sleeper because he had to sit out his junior season due to transfer rules. He didn't allow rust to set in as he played on the JV level though he was one of the most talented juniors in the Silver State.

As a sophomore, Jordan was rated by as one of the nation's top 25 corners when he was a standout for Las Vegas (Nev.) Shadow Ridge.
