Jamison high on the Bruins
With John Wristen on the staff at UCLA, the recruitment of players in Arizona has certainly elevated. The Bruins are taking a hard look at Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton offensive tackle Patrick Jamison this cycle. Jamison (6-5, 280, 5.0) visited Westwood for junior day and has UCLA in his top three.
As a junior, Jamison was named first team all-region. "I have really good technique," Jamison states. "We really stress the fundamentals at Hamilton so we all have good technique. We are being taught the right way."
That technique has earned him early written offers from Arizona State, UNLV and Washington State. "I like a lot of schools but Arizona State is probably at the top. I grew up watching them and I really like the program. My father went there for a little bit and I think he'd like it if I went there and my mom definitely wants me to stay close and head there. My parents and I really like the coaches."
