Pennsylvania athlete has FSU in top three

Rick Trickett hasn't coached a single game at Florida State but he's already making an impact both with his players and on the recruiting trail. The 'Noles new offensive line coach brought in his style of lineman for the 2007 class. Now, in 2008, Trickett is hoping to use his charm to lure in kids from the Northeast to Tallahassee.



The most notable may be 5-foot-10, 163-pound athlete A.J. Alexander.



"I like them (FSU) a lot," said Alexander. "I got it (an offer) a couple weeks ago. I talked to them and then got the letter in the mail. I talked to Coach Trickett and their receivers coach (Lawrence Dawsey)."
