One of the players enjoying the contact was redshirt freshman Knowshon Moreno who is working as the number two tailback in spring practice.
"It felt good to put on the pads for the first time in a long time," said Moreno. "We got a better look because we could hit a little bit and I would say it was good day. It was nice to get in with the ones some."
Moreno and some of the defensive players engaged in a little full contact during practice, but Moreno says the blows we dealt equally between him and the defenders.
