Huge junior OL likes the Buckeyes

Lexington, Ohio, junior offensive lineman Marc Stevens will be one of the top line prospects in the Ohio class of 2008.

The 6-foot-6 and 295-pound Stevens was a varsity starter on the defensive line during his sophomore year. Stevens moved to the offensive side of the ball his junior season and played both right guard and left tackle. He also started the last half of the season at defensive end.

"He is a very smart player," Lexington coach B.J. Payne said. "He's a student of the game."

In addition to his size, Payne says Stevens has a number of other attributes recruiters like to see.
