Faxes heading to the Cas Center

National Letter of Intent Day is upon us and faxes have been pouring into the Casanova Center from student-athletes from across the county. Duck Sports Authority has been catching up with recruits this morning to confirm their letters and get their quick thoughts on the commitment.

At this time DSA has been able to confirm LOI's sent from the following players. Some of them gave us their signing day thoughts as an added bonus:

RB Tra Carson, TX: "I think this is a great recruiting class. I can't wait to get up there with my class mates and try to contribute."

WR Devon Blackmon, CA

WR Tacoi Sumler, FL

WR Rahsaan Vaughn, CA: "I'm overwhelmed right now, excited. I just want to get up there as soon as possible and get going."

WR B.J. Kelley, CA: "I'm really happy to get it done. I always wanted to be a Duck in my heart. I can't wait. This class is going to be better than last year and they brought a lot to the table too. So I'm excited."

OL Tyler Johnstone, AZ: "It's pretty exciting to be chosen to go there. It's an outstanding recruiting class and an outstanding school."

OL Andre Yruretagoyena, AZ

OL Jacob Fisher, MI: "I just liked the coaching staff and how most of the coaches have been there for a really long time. I liked the strength coach and everything he can do and coach Kelly is a really good coach. I like the players and how they really buy into the system and they're all together and on the same page. Everybody just wants to win. Academically, the support that they give you and the opportunity that they give you for success is incredible."

DT Jared Ebert, IA

LB Rahim Cassell, CA
DE Sam Kamp: "I'm very excited. I think this class is a class of hard working guys. I may be a little optimistic but I think by my senior year will have 3 or 4 chances at a national title."

Stay tuned to Duck Sports Authority as we track today's signing day activities and all things Duck related.
