Bruins back to practice

There was another attempt at over the wall at today's practice, but this one failed miserably. We will let UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel explain to you the details. Richard Brehaut looked like how a big time quarterback prospect should look as a true freshman.

The youngster would make a great throw and then he would follow it up with a not so good throw, but the potential is obvious and the Bruins should have a good one for the future.

The other talented redshirt freshman quarterback, Kevin Prince, threw a couple of balls today. We will see if he picks it up tomorrow.

Jake Dean took all the snaps with the ones at the right guard spot today. It appears that Ryan Taylor is still banged up.

Neuheisel: "The coaches feigned the wall today. I don't if you guys were here, but we ran and we got there we saw that couldn't make it so we came back and got some work done, but we had a great practice finished with a good little scrimmage that allowed a lot of young players to play. We will have one more day tomorrow of this kind of practice and then on Friday we will start our Temple plan and install and all that stuff so I'm excited about where we are. We about to get ready to bowl this afternoon and then we are going to be the audience for the Jay Leno show, which will be exciting. It will be a fun day."
