Back to work for the Bruins
The one thing that you have to admire about this UCLA football team is that even though they are now on a four game losing streak these young kids still come to practice and work incredibly hard. It doesn't appear there is any quit in this group of athletes.
It was good to see running back Milton Knox getting some reps and he seems to be working himself back into getting some playing time.
Redshirt quarterback Kevin Prince took approximately two thirds of the reps, while true freshman, Richard Brehaut received about a one third.
Redshirt freshman Aaron Hester also saw his reps increase and he could end seeing the field for the first time since San Diego State.
As always, UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel spoke to the media after practice.
Neuheisel: "It was a good spirited practice. Obviously we will look at the tape and see what we need to tweak and so forth, but good first day. I just like the way our kids just keep coming back to work. Obviously we have to do better and be better on Saturday's, but it is still fun to practice when you have a bunch of willing guys that are doing their very best."
