I enjoy both sites. Chad gives alot of great information. I like the forum format on this site 10x more, but I do like Chad's information. The other forum seems more mature to tell you the truth.

Hey man, I was reading DawgPost and recognized your handle in the "Chad joins Scout" thread. I have been considering adding a subscription to Scout, I plan on keeping mine on Rivals as well, and was wondering what you think so far. Chad obviously brings a lot to the table and although Rivals will always be my home site, a little extra info can't hurt right. So if you could give your impression of Scout and if its worth the 120$ it would be a major help. Thanks

Saban is in a league by himself. As much as I LOVE UGA, he dismantled our team and still wasn't satisfied.

I'm glad UGA doesn't have to play him for another 4 years.

Thanks for the comment. Enjoy the boards. They can be both alot of fun and also alot of mean spirited comments. Take it in stride.

CluelessDawg,

You make a great point.

First I would like to say that I started this thread and my first ever message board post because I thought it would be fun to discuss these types of topics. I am not one of these blowhrds that just wants to talk crap.

It has been a blast.

To counter your point, you are correct in all your points. However, I am still going to contend that Saban is in a league with Carroll and perhaps Stoops at OU when it comes to inspiration that leads to overachieving on the field.

Keep in mind that he won immediately at LSU in the same conference. Within two years LSU beat a wicked good OU teams and held a team averaging 38-40 pts a game to only 14 in the '05 sugar bowl.

Who's to say he can't do that at Alabama. yes it is a hellaciously talented conference, and Bama has UGA, TENN, and LSU all on the road plus the SEC Championship game.

Also LSU was in the BCS game lastyear w/ 2 lossess.

I would appreciate a genuine response.
