It is Kenny Stills time.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound four-star wide out caught his biggest scholarship offer Wednesday morning after breaking San Diego (Calif.) La Costa Canyon High School's record in the 200-meters. However, while some assumed the process would end with his latest scholarship offer, time is on Stills' side.

Wednesday morning, Stills was formally offered a scholarship by USC. It was an offer Stills was still waiting for.
