On Saturday morning, Texas Tech beat Oklahoma State by two points inside the United Spirit. But, it was the events outside of the arena that signee John Roberson first brought up when talking about his official visit this weekend.

Little did the Tech signee realize that the weather on this day wouldn't be much better. With gusting winds up to 62 mph in the Lubbock area, Roberson found himself fearing for his life on the plane ride into town just a few hours before game time.

When the 5-foot-11, 178-pound point guard walked out of the airport, the conditions seemed almost unreal.
