Disappointing loss

Going into the game against Washington State, most people associated with the team knew that the game was going to be difficult. With that being said, there is nothing but disappointment as Arizona blew an opportunity to take a one-game lead in the conference.

While the Cougars' defense played well, Arizona never put itself in a position to win. The team took terrible shots and made worse passes. Considering that the Cougars make limited mistakes, there was no chance Arizona was going to win the game playing like that.

It may be hard to admit, but Arizona really lost because of only one player. Daven Harmeling hurt Arizona throughout the night with his three point shooting.

The frustrating part about it is not necessarily that he seemed to be on fire throughout the night, but rather that he was so open. One would assume Arizona would find a way to contain him, but the Wildcats seemed to have mental lapses that left him open.

Arizona reverted to the way that the team seemed to play last season, without any offensive flow and chemistry.
