Etheridge suffers season-ending injury
A collision with a teammate against Ole Miss Saturday has ended the season for an Auburn safety.
Junior Zac Etheridge left the field on a stretcher after injuring his neck in a collision with defensive end Antonio Coleman as both were trying to tackle Rebel running back Rodney Scott.

"In talking to the medical people I think everybody's hopeful for a full recovery," Chizik said.
But Chizik was not sure if Etheridge would be able to play football again.
