Practice Insider: Containing Rodgers a must

USCFootball.com Oregon State came into its game with the No. 1 Trojans last season as a 25-point underdog before stunning USC 27-21.
And while the Beavers did a lot of things right that Thursday night, had it not been for running back Jacquizz Rodgers, they probably wouldn't have won.
So, the USC defense is taking a fairly simple approach to this week: stop Jacquizz.
"It's never that simple," linebacker Michael Morgan said, "but it'll be better if we shut him down."
Rogers ran a whopping 37 times for 186 yards and two scores in the upset win.
